  • 9 lasagna noodles (no-boil)
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 14 oz canned diced tomatoes, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then gently mix in crab meat.
  3. In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. To assemble: spread sauce in the baking dish, layer noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, seafood mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers finishing with noodles and sauce topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
