  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown; let cool completely.

  3. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar for an hour.
