  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast; let sit until frothy. Stir in sugar, melted butter, and salt. Gradually add flour until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Knead the Dough: Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area for an hour.
  3. Make the Filling: Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter over it, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
