  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, remaining sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs while mixing until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust evenly and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
