  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed to avoid overmixing.
  4. Pour filling over crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours before slicing.
