  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted; let cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sautéed spinach, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; mix well.
