  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking dish.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink; gently fold in crab meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper; mix until smooth.
  5. Spread a layer of seafood filling at the bottom of the baking dish. Layer noodles over it followed by the cheese mixture; repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
