  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine red wine, 1/4 cup sugar, and sliced pears. Simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes until tender; remove from heat.
