  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sage (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion and celery until softened. Stir in cooked sausage, cranberries, and fresh herbs; remove from heat.
  3. Lay the turkey breast on a cutting board, fill it with the stuffing mixture, and roll tightly. Secure with kitchen twine.
  4. Season the outside generously with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
